Privacy Policy

Effective from: 2026-08-28 · Last revised: 2026-08-28

This policy explains what data is collected when you visit tp.uz, create a listing or make a payment, how it is used and who it reaches. It is written to the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.

This policy applies together with the Terms of Use.

2What we collect

We collect only what running the platform, taking payment, preventing abuse and measuring visits requires.

  • Visitor identifier. A random identifier `tp_sid`, created by your browser and kept in your device's localStorage. It is not a cookie and it is not your name. It is used only for the “online” counter, so that several tabs of one browser count as one person.
  • Listing data. The link or profile name you submit, the category, the amount paid, and the public name, description and image we fetch automatically.
  • Payment data. We do not collect or store card details — Click handles them. We receive only the payment confirmation, the amount and a transaction identifier.
  • Contact data. Where an order or invoice requires it: name, email, phone, and company details for legal entities.
  • Clicks. Following a listing from the board may record the listing, the time and a hashed IP address. The hash is for rate limiting and reducing fake clicks, not for profiling you.
  • Technical data. Browser type (user agent), referrer, IP address — processed by the hosting and analytics services.
  • Correspondence. Letters you send us are kept as long as answering them and legal record-keeping require.

3Cookies and local storage

  • The site sets no first-party cookies. The visitor identifier lives in the browser's localStorage, not in a cookie.
  • Analytics. Yandex Metrika is used and sets its own cookies to count visits.
  • Your theme choice (light/dark) may be stored locally on your device.
  • You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings; the “online” counter will then stop recognising your browser.

4Purposes and legal bases

Taking payment, creating and showing a listingPerforming our contract with you
Protecting the board from bots and fake clicks, rate limitingThe operator's legitimate interest
Visit statistics, fixing errorsThe operator's legitimate interest
Accounting, tax and complaint recordsLegal requirement
Analytics cookiesYour consent

Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw it at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

5Public data

Rank, amount paid, name, image, description and link are public. Anyone sees them, search engines included. If you do not want that, do not create a listing.

To read the public metadata of the address you submit we make a request to that site — which may show the site that tp.uz asked for the page.

6Who receives the data

  • Click — to take and confirm payment.
  • Hosting and database provider — to run the site.
  • Yandex Metrika — for visit statistics.
  • Authorised state bodies — in the cases and manner the law provides.
  • Legal advisers, or a new owner if the project is transferred.

We do not sell personal data.

7Where data is stored

Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is collected and stored on technical facilities located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8How long we keep it

  • Visitor identifier — until you clear your browser's local storage.
  • Public listing records — for as long as the listing is on the board and in the archive; after removal it may remain in backups for a limited period.
  • Payment identifiers and amounts — the period the law sets for accounting, tax and disputes.
  • Clicks and IP hashes — as long as preventing abuse requires.

9Your rights

You have the right to:

  • obtain the data held about you and know how it is processed;
  • require correction of inaccurate or outdated data;
  • require blocking or erasure (except where the law requires retention);
  • withdraw your consent;
  • complain about the operator's actions to the authorised body or a court.

Contact: info@tp.uz. We may ask for further information to identify you. Requests are answered within 15 days.

Note: where the content of a public listing also exists on your own site or profile, removing it from the board does not hide it at the source.

10Security

Technical and organisational measures protect the data: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access rights, and backups. Even so, no one can guarantee that transmission over the internet is completely secure.

11Minors

The Platform is for users over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you find such a case, write to info@tp.uz and the data will be deleted.

12Changes

This policy may be updated when the service or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes are announced on this page.
