1How the ranking works

• —The minimum for a new listing is 50 thousand soum. Amounts are whole numbers in steps of 1 thousand soum.
• —Listings already on the board keep their amount. A rank changes only when its holder raises their bid or someone pays more.
• —To take any rank, the first included, you pay at least 1 thousand soum more than whoever holds it. Pay less and your listing takes whichever rank that amount reaches.
• —On equal amounts, the one listed earlier stays higher.
• —Raising your rank: enter a link already on the board and you may set an amount at least 1 thousand soum above your current one. Only the difference is charged.
• —Links on App Store, Google Play, GitHub and similar platforms are told apart by their full path — different products do not share one rank.
• —Tracking parameters (`utm_*`, `ref` and others) are stripped from the link.

2What you can list

You may list:

• —a product or service site (your own, or one you are authorised to represent);
• —a social media profile (a Telegram channel or an Instagram page, for example).

You may not list:

• —Activity contrary to law or requiring a licence: gambling and bookmaking, unlicensed financial services, crypto exchange (other than registered providers permitted in the Republic of Uzbekistan), advertising of medicines and medical services contrary to law, weapons, alcohol and tobacco.
• —Adult content: pornography, NSFW material, adult platforms.
• —Closed chats and invite links: Telegram/WhatsApp/Discord group invites. An open channel or profile may be an exception.
• —Deception and harm: fraud, phishing, malware, financial pyramids, get-rich-quick schemes.
• —Infringement: counterfeits, distributing content without a licence, infringing someone's trademark or copyright.
• —Acting for someone else: listing the site or profile of a brand, company or person you do not represent.
• —Material harmful to society: promoting violence, terrorism or extremism, inciting national, racial or religious hatred, content harmful to minors, calls against the constitutional order.
• —Political and election campaigning.
• —Affiliate and referral links.

Link shorteners (bit.ly and similar) are not banned: a short link is automatically replaced by the address it redirects to.

3Charity: where the money goes

• —Money received through the platform goes to paying the tuition contracts of students in need.
• —After payment-system fees and taxes required by law, 100% of what remains is transferred to students' contracts.
• —Funds go directly to the higher-education institution's bank account. No cash is handed to a student.
• —The criteria and procedure for selecting students are published on Metsenat.uz.
• —At the end of each quarter a public report is issued: the amount collected, the fees, the amount transferred, and the number of students helped.
• —A listing payment is not a charitable donation but a fee for an advertising service. No charitable tax-relief documents are issued to you.

4After you pay

• —Your listing becomes public: name, description, image, amount and rank are visible to every visitor and to search engines.
• —Clicks go to the address you gave (without tracking parameters).
• —The rank is granted from the moment the payment is confirmed.
• —By paying you agree to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
• —A listing that breaks the rules may be removed without a refund.

5Moderation

• —We reserve the right to review any listing, change its category, hide it temporarily or remove it entirely.
• —Categories are assigned automatically and corrected by a moderator. If a category is wrong, write to info@tp.uz.
• —Complaints and rights-holder requests: info@tp.uz. A listing may be hidden while a request is considered.
